This Privacy Policy applies to information about you that Driftline Ventures LLC ("Driftline," "we," "our," "us"), the organizer of the Schoolie Tournament, may obtain when you visit schoolietournament.com (the "Site"), register for or participate in the Schoolie Tournament or a related event, or otherwise interact with us. This Privacy Policy describes how we may collect, use, or share information about you; your choices regarding our use of your information; how we safeguard such information; and how you may contact us regarding our privacy practices.

Information collected before June 3, 2026. The Schoolie Tournament was operated by North Point Brands, LLC through June 3, 2026. Participant records, registration and waiver data, event results, and related information collected before that date were transferred to Driftline in connection with its acquisition of the tournament and are now held and used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Personal information you provide

We may collect personal information when you:

• Register a team or entry for the Schoolie Tournament
• Complete a participant waiver or release
• Register for the Women's event, Brand Wars, or any other division or side event
• Purchase tickets, entries, or merchandise through the Site
• Create an account on the Site
• Enter a sweepstakes, raffle, or contest
• Participate in a survey, promotion, or post-event questionnaire
• Sign up for our email newsletter or event updates
• Inquire about the tournament, sponsorship, or volunteering
• Submit a photo, review, or other content to us

This information may include your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, emergency contact information, payment information, team name and teammate details, boat or vessel information, and, for participants under 18, the name and signature of a parent or legal guardian.

We collect date of birth to determine which participant waiver applies and to confirm eligibility for the event and for specific divisions.

Information collected automatically

We use tools and technologies like cookies, web beacons, and web server logs to collect information automatically on the Site. This information may include IP addresses, device identifiers, browser characteristics, operating system details, internet service provider details, language preferences, and details about your use of the Site (referring URLs, time and length of visits, and pages viewed).

"Cookies" are small data files stored by your web browser on your device. Cookies may allow a website to recognize a user's device, record user preferences, track the pages a user clicks on while visiting the website, and identify the website visited immediately beforehand. Most web browsers accept cookies by default, but you may be able to adjust your browser settings to remove or reject cookies. When you submit information to another party, you are subject to that party's terms of use and privacy policy, for which we are not responsible.

How We Use Personal Information

• Process and confirm your registration, entry, or purchase
• Issue, collect, and retain participant waivers and releases
• Verify eligibility for the tournament and for specific divisions
• Contact you about schedule, rules, logistics, weather, safety, and results
• Publish tournament results, standings, and award recipients
• Administer sweepstakes, raffles, prizes, and similar promotions, and identify or publicize winners in accordance with the rules for that promotion
• Send newsletters, event announcements, and promotional offers we believe will be of interest to you
• Respond to your questions and requests
• Improve the tournament, the Site, and our communications
• Compile aggregate, de-identified information about the event and the fishery for conservation partners and research purposes

Results, Photography, and Media

The Schoolie Tournament is a public event. We publish participant names, team names, placement, and catch results on the Site, on social media, in newsletters, and in event materials.

We and our authorized photographers, videographers, and media partners photograph and record the tournament, the captains' meeting, the awards celebration, and related activities. By participating in or attending these events, you acknowledge that you may be photographed or recorded and that such images, footage, and audio may be used by us and our partners for editorial, promotional, and commercial purposes without further notice or compensation, as further described in the participant waiver and release.

Sharing of Personal Information

We may share your personal information with vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf (including e-commerce, ticketing, registration, payment processing, email delivery, and file storage providers), and with our affiliates and business partners.

Sponsors and promotional partners. We do not sell or share participant contact information with event sponsors or promotional partners. We may provide sponsors with aggregate, de-identified information about the event, such as participant counts and general audience characteristics, and with the information necessary to fulfill a prize or sweepstakes award to a winner who has agreed to accept it.

In the event of a business transaction, such as if we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets (including further to a merger, reorganization, liquidation, or any other business transaction, including negotiations of such a transaction), we reserve the right to disclose any information we obtain through the Site or through the tournament.

In addition, we may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if we believe that such action is necessary to:

• Comply with legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order
• Protect our rights and property
• Investigate reports of fraud or misuse
• Protect against misuse or unauthorized use of the Site
• Respond to emergencies, including when we believe someone's physical safety is at risk

Analytics and Advertising

We and our vendors may use cookies, web beacons, and other similar technologies to collect or receive information about your internet usage, including your use of this Site, and use that information for interest-based advertising and to monitor and analyze trends on the Site. We and our vendors may use first-party and third-party cookies or other identifiers to deliver advertisements, create a profile of you, measure your interests, detect your demographics, detect your location, and personalize content.

We may use third-party technology and vendors such as Google, Meta, Klaviyo, Evey Events, and others in connection with your activity on the Site to help us understand and analyze how visitors use the Site and to serve ads on our behalf across the internet. Social Features

The Site may permit you to interact with social media platforms operated by unaffiliated parties, for example to share content from the Site on those platforms ("Social Features"). If you choose to share content or post information using Social Features, that information may be publicly displayed, and the party operating the other platform may receive certain information about you and your use of the Site. Similarly, if you interact with us through Social Features, we may have access to information about you from that platform. If you mention or comment about the Schoolie Tournament in a post on another platform, that platform may allow us to republish your post on our Site or channels. Sweepstakes, Contests, and Similar Promotions

We may operate sweepstakes, contests, raffles, and similar promotions (each, a "Promotion"), some of which are jointly sponsored or offered by third parties and may require submitting personal information. If you choose to participate in a Promotion, your personal information may be disclosed to third parties as described in the terms applicable to that Promotion. Where the terms applicable to a particular Promotion conflict with this Privacy Policy, the terms applicable to the Promotion control.

Minors

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site.

Participants under the age of 18 may compete in the Schoolie Tournament when registered by a parent or legal guardian who completes and signs the applicable minor waiver and release. Where a participant is under 18, we collect that participant's information from, and with the consent of, the registering parent or legal guardian, and we use it only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. A parent or legal guardian may contact us at the address below to review, correct, or request deletion of a minor participant's information.

Information for Users Outside the United States

Driftline is based in the United States. Personal information submitted to the Site will be transferred to a server in the United States and processed by staff operating in the United States. By submitting personal information through the Site, you consent to this transfer, processing, and storage. The data protection laws that apply to your personal information in the United States may differ from the laws in your country of residence.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Nevertheless, transmission via the internet and online digital storage are not completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information collected through the Site.

Your Choices

Communications preferences. If you no longer wish to receive our email newsletter, you may unsubscribe using the link in any email or by contacting us at schoolietournament@schoolietournament.com.

Accessing, reviewing, and changing your information. You may review and request changes to your personal information at any time by contacting us at schoolietournament@schoolietournament.com.

State privacy rights.
