Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes. If we expand to international shipping, rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Processing times
Schoolie Tournament is a small operation, and processing times vary. Some merchandise is made to order and is produced after you place your order; made-to-order items typically ship within 2–7 business days, but may take longer during peak periods. In-stock items typically ship within 7–10 business days. Orders placed around the tournament, during holidays, or while our team is traveling may take additional time to ship. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant delays.

Delivery times
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control, and shipping charges are not refunded for late delivery.

Multiple shipments
Items in a single order may ship separately and at different times. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking for each shipment.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Tournament entries and event merchandise
Tournament registrations are not shipped. Any merchandise included with a registration, such as a captain's bag or event apparel, is distributed at the event and is not mailed. Uncollected event merchandise is forfeited and will not be shipped unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or shows as delivered but has not arrived, email schoolietournament@schoolietournament.com within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and, for damaged items, photos. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue and, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a refund. Claims made after 14 days may not be honored. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.

Address errors
We ship to the address provided at checkout and are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. Please check your address before completing your order.

Returns and exchanges
All merchandise is final sale. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled as described above and in our Refund Policy.
